Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

New Take-Off Parts: Parts sold as new take-offs must be unused and uninstalled to qualify for a return. Parts that have been installed, modified, cut, soldered, glued, painted, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return unless the item was defective or incorrect when received.

Used Parts: Used parts are sold in the condition shown and described in the listing. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. Normal cosmetic wear shown or described in the listing is not considered a defect.

Electronics: Electronic components must be returned in their original condition. Electronics that have been soldered, modified, damaged through incorrect installation, or damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders: If you receive the wrong item or an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Buyers are responsible for confirming part compatibility with their vehicle before ordering. If you're unsure whether a part will fit, please contact us before purchasing.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by BashBox RC or an item arriving damaged or defective.
