SHIPPING POLICY

BashBox RC currently ships within the United States.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated according to the shipping option shown at checkout. Some products may qualify for free shipping. Oversized items, including RC rollers, sliders, and bodies, may have a separate shipping charge.

Delivery Times
Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships.

Shipping Damage or Problems
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to be missing items, please contact BashBox RC as soon as possible at bashboxrc@yahoo.com. Please keep the original packaging and provide photos when possible.
